RANZ membership applications are now completed online. Each membership category has its own application form, allowing you to apply directly for the option that best fits your role within the roofing industry.
Applications submitted online are sent directly to the RANZ team for assessment.

All applications for RANZ membership are assessed in line with the Association’s membership criteria and rules. Applicants must meet the requirements of their selected membership category and demonstrate appropriate standards of workmanship, business conduct, and compliance.
Applicants are expected to operate in accordance with relevant legislation and industry Codes of Practice, including meeting Health and Safety obligations. RANZ also expects members to demonstrate intent and commitment to supporting roofing industry training and NZQA-recognised roofing qualifications, where applicable.
Membership applications are reviewed through a formal process to ensure RANZ standards are consistently upheld. Applications are considered by the RANZ Executive, and further information, clarification, or supporting documentation may be requested as part of this review.
Once the Executive is satisfied that all requirements have been met and approval is reached, membership is granted. Applicants will be notified of the outcome following completion of the review process.
