RANZ is supported by a small, dedicated support office team and guided by an elected Executive Committee made up of experienced industry professionals. Together, they work to represent members, support industry development, and advance professionalism across the roofing sector.
Our people bring a mix of industry knowledge, governance experience, and practical expertise, helping ensure RANZ remains connected to the needs of roofing businesses throughout New Zealand.
Luke brings extensive experience from the electrical industry, from apprenticeship through to senior leadership roles. In 2024, he was recognised as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) for his services to the electrical industry and vocational training.
Luke began his career in the New Zealand Defence Force, serving as an electrical engineer in the Army, and was awarded the Service Medal in 2007. He leads RANZ with a focus on industry capability, governance, and long-term sector sustainability.
Jo is a marketing professional with experience across digital and traditional channels, and a background in design, publishing, and content creation. She leads RANZ’s marketing and communications strategy and is the editor of the industry’s RoofLink magazine.
Working closely with members and partners, Jo focuses on strengthening the Association’s visibility, voice, and engagement across the roofing sector.
Colleen has been with RANZ since 2005 and is the backbone of the Association’s day-to-day operations. With deep institutional knowledge and long-standing industry relationships, she supports members, the Executive Committee, and the wider RANZ network.
Widely respected across the industry, Colleen celebrated 20 years with the Association in 2025. She is often the first point of contact for members and enquiries, helping ensure RANZ runs smoothly and efficiently.
